Oh god, this future visions video from RIM manages to highlight everything that’s ever been wrong with computer systems from a UX standpoint. I don’t mean like their icons are aliased or the kerning is wrong or the call-to-action is ambiguous, I mean their idea of a satisfying futuristic mobile experience is partitioning a device remotely and then requesting permission from IT to install an application on your phone. (Also includes egregious hacker typing and - bonus - ambiguous calls-to-action!)
